IS COSMETIC TATTOOS SIMILAR TO TATTOOING?
It has some of the same qualities, yet it is very different. It is a common misconception that permanent is basically just a face tattoo. In fact, the techniques are fundamentally different.
Let’s talk anatomy for a second. The skin has three layers: the epidermis, the outermost layer on top of which we apply makeup; the dermis, which is made up of connective tissue and contains hair follicles and sweat glands; and the hypodermis which is part connective tissue, part fat.
While tattoo ink is implanted full saturation into the top of dermis, ink used for Cosmetic tattoos are implanted with way less saturation.
This is the reason why:
ㆍTattooing hurts a lot more, and
ㆍTattoos last a lifetime (though they may need refreshing), while Cosmetic Tattoos does not.

HOW DO COSMETIC TATTOO INKS DIFFER FROM TRADITIONAL TATTOO INKS?
Cosmetic Tattoo Inks:
Cosmetic tattoo pigments consist of smaller pigment particles suspended in a diluter. This composition allows for a more natural, softer color in the skin, which can be layered to create a realistic finish. Traditional Tattoo Inks:
Traditional tattoo inks are much more concentrated, resulting in stronger and more vivid colors. These tattoos are often bold and bright. For example, comparing a traditional tattoo to a brow tattoo, you'll notice that the traditional tattoo appears deeper, richer, and often features bright, eye-catching colors.

IS COSMETIC TATTOO A SAFE PROCEDURE?
The procedures are performed under sterile conditions, using only disposable needle cartridges and with digitally controlled implantation device. There are no long-term side effects; short-term effects may include some redness, swelling, and tenderness. There are no known allergic reactions to pigments.
IS THERE ANY DISCOMFORT ASSOCIATED WITH THE PROCEDURE?
Unlike in tattooing or some other type of cosmetic tattoo salons, I uses topical anesthetics that are highly effective to be applied to the treated area which significantly reduces discomfort. Typically, patients will report a tickling sensation with little or no discomfort during or after a procedure has been performed. Please be aware when booking a lip procedure, if you have ever had an outbreak of fever blisters at any point, you must consult with your doctor for a prescription of Valtrex or similar product prior to your procedure.
WHAT KIND OF HEALING TIME IS INVOLVED? IS ANY CARE REQUIRED AFTER THE PROCEDURE?
The treated area must be kept clean. No makeup should be applied for several days. Some skin peeling and lightening of the applied ink color is normal. If any additional adjustments are desired, these will be made during your touch-up appointment. Regular routines usually can be resumed immediately after the procedure. However, tanning or swimming should be avoided for a few days. Normal healing times is between 5 to 7 days and another 5-7 weeks for the skin completely build up to normal level.

WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER YOUR COSMETIC TATTOO APPOINTMENT
1- Don’t be concerned that your eyebrows initially appear 20 – 30% darker and thicker in size then you desire, this can last up to 2 weeks and is all part of the healing process. Your skin is red under the pigment, which causes the color of the pigment to appear darker and as your brows begin to flake they will narrow in size.
2- Around days 4 to 7, you will experience flaking/scabbing and your brows may look dry. DO NOT pick your brows, let any dryness fall off naturally. If flakes get picked off this can prematurely damage your PMU resulting in patchy brows that can lead to scarring.
3- DO NOT expect your brow tattoos to heal perfectly after your first session, this is a two-step process and it takes time! BE PATIENT during your first 10 day of healing as your brows will change and appear different from day to day.
4- It is normal to lose approximately 1/3 of the color during the healing process. Please be patient, healing takes up to 6-8 weeks.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN MICROBLADING AND MACHINE HAIR-STROKES?
NANO MACHINE HAIR-STROKES

MICROBLADING

EYELASH EXTENSION FAQs
NATURAL BROW & LASH FAQs
HOW IMPORTANT IS AFTERCARE AFTER THE FIRST 24 HOURS?
The first 24 hours after the service are crucial for the results to be maintained -- it is important to stay away from steam, heat, cleansers, eye products and makeup during the stabilizing phase. It is important to be careful when exposing the lashes to these elements and not to expose them too soon as this will cause the lift to relax and lead to the lashes becoming unruly. If the bonds have stabilized (after 24 hours), the lashes can be treated with steam, heat, cleansers, eye products, and makeup without affecting the lifting of the lashes.
WHAT IS THE DAILY AFTERCARE FOR A LASH LIFT?
Lash Lifts dehydrate the lashes. It is important to condition the lashes daily to keep them hydrated and to maintain a nice lift. Lash Oil Free Hydrating Serum is enriched with Hyaluronic Acid is a take home product that can repair and hydrate the lashes. Prolong Lash US offers this product.
